Marine expeditions meet each other
This phase saw the introduction of a new and exciting activity for both marine bases! Expedition members from Pez Maya and Punta Gruesa had the opportunity to visit and spend some time at their syster expedition base; event that without a doubt enriched the expedition experience!
For three days Pez Mayans made Punta Gruesa their home, created bonds and participated in all the activities such as cleaning, diving, monitoring and cooking. Punta Gruesa participants also visited Pez Maya and got to know the differences between both bases, as well as discover a different part of the Yucantan Peninsula and visit the Tulum Mayan ruis.
All EMs loved the experience and we hope we can repeat it in coming phases.
