Local products taken to a different level
This week will see a new step towards helping suitably produced local products entering the difficult hotel market. GVI, in collaboration with other local partners (such as Amigos de Sian Ka'an, Flora, fauna y cultura de Mexico, amongst others) have organized a food tasting event at the Hotel Crown Paradise in Cancun. During this event, a local chef from the Mayan Community of Señor, will put together a gourmet degustation of suitably produced local, such as lobster from Pta Allen, Milepora honey from Señor and papaya jam from Tihosuco.
