Amigos de Sian ka’an 25th anniversary

Last week we were invited to the anniversary of Amigos de Sian Ka’an, our main local partners in Mexico. They are celebrating 25 years of continuous work towards Nature conservation, an accomplishment that is not an easy task! BIG BIG CONGRATULATIONS! We are very proud to be partners of such a recognized and hard working organization.

The event took place in a hotel in Cancun, more than 500 people from different sectors assisted to the event. Presentations on achievements and the work done throughout the years were presented as well as awards and recognition to people that have worked directly and indirectly with the organization for years. The event had also special guests like the governor representative and the Mexican Environmental Ministry representative who awarded Amigos with one of the highest recognitions in Mexico as environmental organization.

There was also live music and a painter that created a piece there. All in all a very nice event.
