Training is on its way & the fund raising is too!
This year after doing a triathlon fund raising 1,544 USD, then running 5 & 10 kilometers raising 1,137 USD, we have put ourselves another challenge! This time it is 5, 10 or 21 kilometers for which we have a team of 20 enthusiastic participants between volunteers, staff and local partners that have decided to take part on the challenge, they have taken out their sandy running shoes and registered to run!! But we don't run just for running! we have a cause and our cause is to raise funds for our local partners Amigos de Sian ka'an & Flora, fauna y cultura de Mexico helping the marine turtle program in Sian Ka'an biosphere Reserve, and Save the children & the Equine therapy centre helping the development of children in Playa del Carmen.
