Here is a list of the top 5 places volunteers in Punta Gruesa have found delicious to eat while in the Expediton:
- Mr Kiwi’s! Cheap good food & juices, 10th ave Playa del Carmen
- ADO challenge: work your way through the menu at the cheap but delicious eatery by the ADO stop in Mahahual town. Awesome fresh juices too
- Best veggie food in Yucatan – Aguacates in Bacalar town, just off the main square. Also funky chairs made from reclaimed car tyres and rope.
- Best Italian food in Yucatan – Util Pasta Factory, Playa del Carmen
- Taco loco! El Fogon, Playa del Carmen

I disagree...best pasta place in the Yucantan Peninsula, and probably America, is Posada Margherita in Tulum!!!

If you're feeling flush 100% Natural on 5th between 10 & 12 always has great food plus plenty of veggie options!
100% natural....very good indeed! Nativo and La Ceiba de la 30, corner of 30th and Constituyentes is very good for veggies too...and great juices and shakes!
