GOODBYE & THANKYOU!
We are all surprised as to how quickly the first five weeks of the expedition have passed. You know what they say about time flying and all that… Sadly this means we have to say goodbye to Dasha, Nils, Brian and Kylie. All four of them worked super-duper hard to make sure they gathered all the knowledge they needed and perfected their monitoring techniques within the timeframe to be able collect data to be passed on to our main partner Amigos de Sian Ka’an.
Thanks Dasha for passing on some valuable Dutch language skills to staff member Dave, he is joyfully shouting the phrases around base in your absence!
Thanks Nils for teaching us some extremely cool underwater dance moves on your safety stop dance offs!
Brian and Kylie, apart from being the life and soul of the party, you guys made sure we have internet connection back on base again! Thanks you, thankyou, thankyou!
You will all be sadly missed. Good luck in your next endeavours!
