A new Dawn?
During this phase, Pez Maya will have a very special guest: Dawn.
Dawn is one of HearbeatFM morning show presenters and will be joining the marine expedition and supporting GVI in our conservation efforts.
As the rest of the expedition members, Dawn be learning to dive in the turquoise Caribbean waters of Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula; taking part in important marine conservation work on the world's second largest barrier reef by helping with coral reef and fish monitoring, turtle nesting and conducting crocodile surveys (if our partner Amigos de Sian Ka'an require this monitoring this phase). Plus on land she'll help community education and sustainable tourism development programmes.
When she's not busy doing that, she'll be letting us know how she's getting on via her online blog
